Shipping Policy
At Master Pierce, we strive to provide timely and efficient shipping for all our customers. Here’s what you need to know:
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
If the item is available in our physical inventory, it will ship out within 2-3 business days of receipt.
Please note that some items are custom-made to your specifications and are made to order. Delivery for these items can take between 2-4 weeks.
We offer FREE domestic shipping for orders over $200.
Orders over the weekend are fulfilled on Mondays.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship all packages through the U.S. Postal Service (USPS).
Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, international shipping can take between 2-3 weeks.
Please note that once we ship an international order, we cannot change the address information. This may cause a delivery delay or rejection.
You are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by the country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand and cannot give you an estimate of the cost – charges vary around the world.
As an international consumer, please research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DISCLAIMER
We cannot guarantee that the jewelry purchased will be presently in stock. If the purchased item is available and in inventory in our shop, we will fulfill the order within 2-3 business days of receipt.
Once we ship an order, we are not responsible or liable for lost or stolen packages that show delivery confirmation to the address you provided. You must file any claims with the carrier for damaged or lost shipments. If customs officials seize a package, we will issue a refund only if all products are returned to us in their original condition.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
If you refuse a shipment because of customs charges, if customs rejects an order due to item restrictions, or if the local post returns an order because they cannot locate your address, we will refund you for the cost of the products (excluding shipping and return shipping fees) once we receive and process the returned package.
Please note that packages returned by customs can sometimes take a very long time to return.
HARDWARE & SIZING
Your purchase does not include hardware (posts, barbells, rings, etc.) unless we specifically state otherwise. We list all sizing details for your jewelry in the item descriptions.
