Appointment Policy
PIERCING APPOINTMENTS: You must pay a $15.00 non-refundable deposit when you schedule to reserve your piercing appointment. We will credit this deposit toward the cost of your piercing fee on the day of your appointment.
TATTOO APPOINTMENTS: You must pay a $100.00 minimum deposit when you schedule to reserve your tattoo appointment. We will credit this deposit toward the cost of your tattoo quote on the day of your appointment.
If we do not receive your deposit at scheduling, we cannot reserve your appointment time. You must give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Failure to cancel within that time results in forfeiting your deposit. A new reservation will also require an additional $15.00 deposit.
Missing a scheduled appointment also results in losing your deposit. Any future sessions must be paid in full when scheduling. For every appointment, you have a 15-minute window from the scheduled start time to arrive. You arrive more than 15 minutes late, we will consider it a no-show, and you will forfeit your deposit.
