All jewelry sold by Master Pierce/MP Global Jewelry LLC is custom-made by talented artists and partner companies. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that every item is in stock. If your ordered item is available in our inventory, we will ship it within two to three business days. Handmade items may take up to three months to ship. Your estimated delivery time reflects the shipping date, not the purchase date.
Once an international order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. Requests to change an address after shipment may delay delivery or result in rejection.
Master Pierce/MP Global Jewelry LLC is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or delayed packages once the carrier dispatches your order. We also cannot be held liable for stolen packages delivered to the address you provided. International customers are responsible for filing claims with the carrier for lost or damaged shipments. We are not responsible for carrier delivery errors or incorrect shipping information.
Customers are responsible for all VAT, tariffs, duties, taxes, handling fees, and customs clearance charges required by their country. We do not collect these fees in advance and cannot provide an estimate, as costs vary worldwide. International customers should research their country’s requirements to avoid unexpected charges and understand additional costs when clearing packages through customs.
If customs seizes your package, we will issue a refund only after receiving all products in their original condition. Most packages stopped at customs are automatically returned to us. Customers may be responsible for return shipping fees according to local regulations.
If you refuse shipment due to customs charges, if your order is rejected for restricted items, or if the local post cannot locate your address, we will refund the cost of the products after the package is returned and processed. This refund does not include original shipping or return shipping fees. Returned packages from customs may take a long time to reach us.
Jewelry purchased from Master Pierce/MP Global Jewelry LLC is sold individually. Hardware such as posts, barbells, or rings is not included unless the product description specifically states it. All sizing information for your jewelry is listed in the item description.
