International Shipping Disclaimer and Information

All jewelry sold by Master Pierce/MP Global Jewelry LLC is proudly custom made by various companies and thriving artists, making it difficult for us to guarantee that the jewelry purchased will be presently in stock. If the purchased item is available and in inventory in our shop, we will fulfill the order within two to three business days of receipt. However, please note that since our jewelry lines are from handmade vendors, it can take up to three months for orders to be shipped. Therefore, your estimated delivery time is reflective of the shipping date and not the date of purchase.

Additionally, please note that once an order has shipped, we cannot change the address information on an international order, this can cause a delivery delay or rejection. We aim to provide you with quality service and will ship your item purchased at the rates that we have agreed to on our site - you pay actual shipping charges based on the weight of the package.

For lost, misplaced, or delayed shipments or damaged freight by the freight carriers after they have been dispatched, Master Pierce/MP Global Jewelry LLC cannot be held responsible or liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. By ordering internationally, you accept full responsibility to file any claim(s) with carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier or incorrect shipping information.

As the customer, you are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by the country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand and cannot give you an estimate of the cost – charges vary around the world. As an international consumer, please research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be.

If for whatever reason, the package is seized by customs officials, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. Most orders that are stopped at customs are automatically returned to us. However, you may be responsible for any return shipping charges in accordance with your local regulations.

If you refuse the shipment because of these charges, or if an order is rejected by customs due to item restrictions, or if the order is returned because the local post is unable to locate your address, we can refund you for the cost of the products (which does not include any shipping or return shipping fees) once the package is returned and processed. Please note that packages returned by customs can sometimes take a very long time to return.

Jewelry purchased and shipped by Master Pierce/MP Global LLC is sold separately. All hardware (posts, barbells, rings, etc) is not included with your purchase unless specifically stated. All sizing pertaining to your purchased jewelry is listed within the item descriptions.
