FOR BODY PIERCINGS ONLY
Wash your hands prior to cleaning your piercing
Spray your sterile saline directly onto your piercing site to flush away
any debris or crusties, dry with a piece of sterile gauze (ideal) or paper towel.
You may use a Q-tip to clean hard to reach places, but only if necessary
Do not spray your saline onto a Q-tip and wipe your piercing, you will only spread debris, not remove it. If you're active in sports or going to the gym, you should also lean your piercing after your workout.
If you're using soap, while showering, lather up a pearl size drop in your hand then apply to the piercing site and jewelry. Rinse thoroughly and be gentle, rubbing too hard or moving the jewelry
too much can cause irritation.
For the first 6-8 weeks: 3-5 times daily
After 8 weeks: clean at least once a day
DO NOT ROTATE YOUR JEWELRY
THIS CAN CAUSE IRRITATION AND WILL PROLONG HEALING
Be sure to return to your piercer to downsize your jewelry after 2 weeks
FOR ORAL PIERCINGS ONLY

DO NOT ROTATE YOUR JEWELRY
THIS CAN CAUSE IRRITATION AND WILL PROLONG HEALING
