Michael “The Wolf” Brazell
Michael has been piercing professionally since 2010 for a total of 7 years. He became a head piercer for the first time in 2012 at Dermawerx in Helena, Montana. He stayed with them for a full year before joining us here at Master Pierce in Wellington, Florida in 2013.
Michael holds a lot of passion for the craft, and he is always taking the time to hone his skills by advancing his education. He currently holds certifications for Hand Hygiene, Wound Care, Infection Control, West Nile Virus Infection, Basic Life Support, and Bloodborne Pathogens and Infection Control for Body Piercers. One of the main reasons he strives for such excellence is because he believes that he should always be better tomorrow than he was today.
In 2018, Michael joined the ranks of the Association of Professional Piercers. The Association of Professional Piercers is a California-based, international non-profit organization dedicated to the dissemination of vital health and safety information about body piercing to piercers, health care professionals, legislators, and the general public.
Michael specializes in complex piercings. He enjoys challenging himself when it comes to working with less-than-ideal anatomy, and, sometimes, he will even take it upon himself to customize and rework jewelry to ensure a safe and clean healing process. Because Master Pierce and Michael both strive to provide for our clients first and foremost, Michael has been the mentor and teacher for our team since he joined us. He has been passing on his knowledge and experience to create a higher standard of care not present in most shops.
