Please note: Custom order items cannot be returned.
Every item that is shipped in your order will be sealed. If you want to return an item because you are dissatisfied with it, you are more than welcome to do so. However, due to the intimate nature of body jewelry and to protect the health of our clients, Master Pierce/MP Global Jewelry LLC may only accept returned orders so long as the seal has not been broken.
This is for your protection. We do not re-sell used jewelry. When you buy from Master Pierce/MP Global Jewelry LLC, you are guaranteed to receive an unworn item.
Sealed items must be returned 15 days from the date the item was shipped.

How would I receive my refund?
If the item is returned within the 15-day period mentioned above, and the full amount of the order was paid with a credit card, your account will be credited within 2 weeks from the date Master Pierce/MP Global Jewelry LLC receives the returned item.
What happens if you paid for part of or the entire order using a Gift Card and return an item?
If you return your item in a timely manner and otherwise comply with the terms of this Return Policy, you will receive an online Gift Card for the total amount credited.
What should I do if the amount refunded is incorrect?

Do you do exchanges?
Master Pierce/MP Global Jewelry LLC does not accept exchanges; it only accepts returns. If you wish to exchange an item for another size or color, please return the item in its original packaging with seal intact within the 15 day window and reorder the item in the desired size or color.
Master Pierce/MP Global Jewelry LLC is dedicated to quality service in all aspects of body piercing. This includes standing by the jewelry we sell as an APP-affiliated shop.
Every company we order jewelry from is held to the highest and strictest standards. Due to the belief in the quality of merchandise produced by those companies, Master Pierce/MP Global Jewelry LLC will repair or replaced any damaged jewelry bought from our store or website through the company the inventory was received.
